Domestic Violence

Domestic Violence is when one "Family or Household Member" commits a crime against another member of that "family or household." These can include assault, malicious mischief, and trespass to name a few.

If you are convicted of a domestic violence offense you will lose your right to bear arms. If you are in the military you face discharge. Additionally, there are treatment requirements that a court may order; as well as absolutely no contact between you and the alleged victim.
